Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a project take? Most professional websites are delivered in 2 weeks. Online stores take 3–4 weeks. Custom software projects are scoped individually but we move significantly faster than traditional agencies.

What do I need to provide? Your logo, brand colors if you have them, the text content for your pages, and any photos of your business. We guide you through everything in our kickoff call.

Do you work with clients outside KZN? Yes. We work with South African businesses nationally. All communication happens via email and WhatsApp.

What happens after my site launches? You receive a handover with everything you need to manage your site independently. Ongoing support packages are also available.

Do you do maintenance and updates? Yes — monthly maintenance packages are available after launch.

What payment methods do you accept? EFT. A 50% deposit is required to begin; the balance is due on delivery.
